29 months

Mr. Noah, you are just growing up way too fast. Each month you get a little big bigger and a little big older. *Sigh* Will you stop it already?

Some of your favorite phrases/words lately are: "That's okay." "Get out of the way!" {a line from Toy Story}, "See ya!" "Let's go." "Let's go, Daddy!" "Woody" and "Buh" for Buzz. It's such a joy to hear that sweet little voice of yours! Some new signs you've learned lately are: "monkey" "blanket" "donut" "open" "boy" "girl" "flag" and many others I'm not thinking of right now.

Your favorite movies right now are Toy Story {all three of them!} and Despicable Me.

You love to sleep in bed with Mommy and Daddy. We were adamant from the beginning you would sleep in your own bed, but somehow you managed to wiggle your way in. But I have to admit, I sure do love having you to snuggle with when your Daddy is working the night shift.

You love the Woody and Buzz Lightyear action figures your grandparents got you for Christmas. They sleep with you every night and go almost everywhere you go. Tonight, you insisted they sit with you in your highchair while you ate dinner. Funny guy!

You have used your little potty twice! Yay Noah! We are so proud of you. Maybe, just maybe, you will be potty trained by the time you turn three?? If not, that's okay. We will just keep on practicing until you get it.

You love to point to your {and everyone else's, including Einstein's} nose, eyes, ears, belly button, and toes {a.k.a your piggies} and practice saying each of them.

I have to say, you are quite a challenge these days. Hellooo Terrible Two's. I thought caring for you when you were a baby was a challenge. Ha. That was nothin'! Learning to be consistent with you and follow through with discipline has been one of the hardest things I've had to learn to do as a parent. I am definitely learning patience!

I think if we let you, you'd run around naked all the time. You throw a fit when you have to put clothes on, and it hasn't taken you long to figure out how to take them off again {especially your shirt and socks!}. Most nights, you go to bed with just a diaper on. That is a battle I just don't want to fight at the end of the day.

You have become quite the picky eater lately. But one thing you will never turn down is a hamburger. Definitely one of your favorite foods! Some other foods you like right now are mandarin oranges, bagels, chips and queso, Special K cereal, cubes of cheese, ham, spaghetti and meatballs, bananas, and powdered donuts.

One thing I just love is how you sign "cow" for every four legged animal you see. I don't know how many times I've told you Einstein is not a cow. Cracks me up every time.

I love you to infinity and beyond!

Happy 27 Months!

Surprise, surprise I'm three days late posting Noah's 27 month post. But "Better late than never," is my motto. :)

Noah, you turned 27 months on the 27th of November! I can hardly believe it.

You are still in a size 5 diaper, but it won't be long before those size 5's are busting at the seams. Your diapers are getting more and more snug as each day passes.

You are a 2T both in shirts and pants and a size 7-8 in shoe.

You are mesmerized by anything Toy Story. I can't wait to see the excitement in your face Christmas morning. Mommy and Daddy may have gone a little Toy Story crazy this year. :)

You are talking, talking, talking! And it is wonderful; I love hearing your sweet little voice. You are learning new words everyday and I have been amazed at how much your vocabulary has grown this past month. I love all the words you say, but my absolute favorite is when you say "bye-bye." I'll have to post a video of you saying all of your words soon. You are just too cute!

You have quickly learned the benefits of using your step stool. Nothing is out of your reach now. Like the full bag of powdered donuts you {somehow???} reached and emptied for Einstein to eat on the ground. When I came in the living room, there was no doubt you boys were in the donuts. You had white powdered sugar all over your fingers and Einstein's whole face was covered in it as well. Apparently you were leaving Einstein a trail of powdered donuts on the living room floor.

You love when we say our prayers and last night at bedtime when you said your prayers with Daddy, you said "amen" for first time.

You must be going through a growth spurt right now. You are eating, eating, eating! Daddy said this morning you had three bowls of cereal! Then you ate lunch AND dinner too. Not a common occurrence around here.

You had your first push pop the other evening while we were at Target, and you LOVED it! Mommy, ahem Santa, may have secretly grabbed another one to put in your stocking.

You love to play with silverware... particularly spoons. You are always carrying around at least one or two.

You love to yell. Especially when we are in a restaurant. Of course. And when we tell you to be quiet, you yell even louder. You little stinker! However, if we whisper, most of the time you'll whisper back.

You have started to jump up and down now to show excitement about something. It is precious.

You go to sleep at night around 7:30-8:00 pm and usually sleep twelve hours straight. You are still doing so wonderful sleeping in your toddler bed.

You definitely know who your grandparents and aunts and uncles are. You get really excited when you see them.

You LOVE orange juice, and you're not shy about asking for it.

You have learned when you are trouble {to try to get out of it} to stick your arms in the air so Mommy or Daddy will pick you up to hold you. Worth a try, right? Melts my heart every time, even though I have to resist.

You are very curious and what to know what everything is around you. There are so many things to learn!

You love to talk to Mommy and Daddy on the phone-- it is the cutest thing ever. Another thing I must video!

You are very, very ticklish! Mommy and Daddy know all your spots. :)

You are the sweetest boy ever! Happy 27 months little guy!

Happy 26 Months, Noah!

I'm a few days late on this post, but I wanted to make sure I sat down and wrote it, because this past month has been full of changes and growth.

Noah, you turned 26 months October 27th! Here are some of the things you have been up to lately:

1. You are still in a size 5 diaper. No changes there.

2. You are wearing size 2T {3T in pj's} in clothing and a size 7-8 shoes.

3. Your favorite shows right now are Toy Story, Veggie Tales, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Your Daddy and I still can't believe how much you love Willy Wonka. Maybe it is because of all the candy in the movie-- you looooove candy.

4. You love acorns, leaves, sticks, and rocks. And you love getting your hands dirty. You are 100% boy.

5. In your speech you have recently changed from baby babble to a basic form of Chinese {as your Daddy always says}. In other words, you are really starting to experiment with new sounds as you talk. You are also really starting to mimic us more. Your verbal words consist of: Momma, Dadda, Baby, Bowl, Apple, Papa, Nana, Mimi {just learned that one last night!}, Bubba, Fool {which sounds like pool when you say it, and yes, your Daddy taught you that one}, Four, Ball, Shoe... you are saying new words everyday! And signs, goodness, I've completely lost track you are signing so many. We are sooo proud of you mister.

6. You still love wrestling with Daddy.

7. You are still a really good car-rider, well, except when the sun gets in your eyes. Oh my gosh you get soooo mad and cry the entire time it's in your eyes. Maybe it's time for some sunglasses.

8. You are still going to Mother's Day Out on Monday and Wednesday every week and have been enjoying it. You no longer cry when I drop you off. You are starting to recognize your surroundings, teachers, and friends. I am so happy to see you enjoying yourself there. It is such a blessing, and I can see you are learning so much.

9. You have really started to take an interest in Einstein lately. You give him more hugs, you think it is so funny when he gags himself, and you love to watch him run around the house-- it makes you laugh every time. I love watching the both of you interact. It is so cute!

10. But you aren't always sweet to Einstein. You tend to take your frustration out on him when you're mad. Basically you try to tackle him or grab his face. Poor ol' Eins!

11. You are so good about brushing your teeth every evening. And now you even go to the trashcan and spit out the toothpaste in your mouth just like we've practiced. Maybe we can do it twice a day now! :)

12. You go to bed around 7:30- 8:00 pm, and lately, you've been waking up anywhere between 7:00-8:00 am.

13. You love your step stool that Mommy bought you about a month ago. You keep it in the kitchen so you can stand on it and see what is going on... or so you can reach for something you want and otherwise would not be able to reach.

14. You are still a very, very organized {OCD?} little boy. The other night before you could go to sleep you had to organize {from smallest to biggest} three jars of Vaseline on the table in your room. Once you did that, you hopped in bed and went straight to sleep. Funny little guy.

15. You have learned to whisper and it is seriously the. cutest. thing. ever! I always, always want to remember those whispers.

16. You definitely have a sweet tooth-- you love it all.

17. Tomorrow will be your very first time to go Trick-or-Treating. I'm anxious to see how you will like it. And goodness, you look absolutely adorable in your costume!

Your Mommy and Daddy love you so much and are so very, very proud of you. You are our greatest joy!

Happy 26 months sweet boy!

Happy 25 Months!

Another month has quickly flown by, and today, Noah, you are 25 months! You really are growing up so fast.

Here are some of the things you have been up to lately:

1. You are in a size 5 diaper still, but it isn't going to be long before we switch to 6.

2. You are wearing size 2T now in clothing and a size 7 shoes. Before long, we are going to have to do a little shopping for some Winter clothes. You have nothing warm that fits you.

3. You weight 27 lbs and are 32 inches tall. You definitely have the short Bonjour genes-- you are in the 10th percentile in height. Love those short little legs!

4. You still love Veggie Tales, but right now, you are totally into Toy Story. It is so cute. Your eyes are glued to the tv when it's on.

5. You love going on walks. You just sit back, relax, and enjoy the big world around you. And you get really {realllly} mad when we are walking back home because you know our walk is over.

6. You are still a very, very picky eater. Turning your head away from the food while saying "No!" is quite the norm around here.

7. Last weekend you wore a tux for the very first time, and you looked absolutely adorable! You were the ring bearer in your Aunt Abby's wedding, and you did a great job walking down the aisle with Mommy {of course, the candy I shoved in your mouth right before we walked down didn't hurt}.

8. You LOVE to dance, and you are so cute when you do it. You come up with some pretty funny moves.

9. You are going to Mother's Day Out on Monday and Wednesday every week and have been enjoying it. You still cry when I drop you off, but your teachers tell me every week you're a happy boy while I'm away. It was hard for Mommy to leave you at first, but I know it is a good thing for the both of us.

10. You have figured out how to turn the knob on your bedroom door. Nap time has become quite interesting in the past couple of weeks.

11. Your bedtime is usually between 7:00 and 7:30 pm, and lately, you've been waking up at the crack of dawn {around 6:30} every morning.

12. You definitely have "Momma" and "Dadda" down verbally. It is soooo sweet! And you have recently added "Nana" to your vocabulary. Your grand-Nana will be so happy to hear it! I will have to post a video soon. You have also said, "blue" "shoe" and "four." We are so proud of you!

13. You have only done this once, but the other day we were practicing numbers, and you were able to say, "one" "two" "three" "four" and "six."

14. And signing, wow, I've lost track. We practice a lot and you keep learning new signs every day. Some new signs you've learned are, "coin" "blue" "be patient" "movie" "sucker" "pancake" "orange" "train" and many more I'm not thinking of right now.

15. We've noticed over the past couple of months, you are a very organized little boy. You like order--everything has its place.

16. You are a little froggy; you love to jump. On another note, I'm sure our downstairs neighbors are probably about to pull their hair out.

17. Shopping is a little bit more difficult with you right now. You no longer want to sit in the cart...you want to push it.

18. You are the sweetest little boy in the whole world and your Mommy and Daddy are totally in love with you!

1st Day of MDO

This face shows perfectly how our morning
went. Noah was a little grump. I mean, he was so
grumpy, he refused to eat his Flintstone vitamin
{something he would never do!}.



So, getting him to smile this morning before
heading to Mother's Day Out was not...



...gonna



...happen.



But all it took was a little car ride over to the church, because
once we arrived, Noah was a happy little guy. Stinker!

Headed to school...

Once we arrived, we got Noah checked in,
and headed on over to his classroom.

But he did not want to go to school.
My heart broke listening to his cries as I stood in the
hallway filling out paperwork. It was so hard leaving him.

I felt so bad..

But, I could see he was in good hands, and
I knew once he started playing, he would be okay.

And he was okay.
I came a little bit early to pick him up,
and as I was walking to his room, I met one of
his teachers in the hallway. She told me
how good Noah was the whole time, and that it
didn't take him long to calm down once I had left.

What a relief to hear her say that!

And guess what Mr. Noah was doing
when I looked in his room? He was laying
flat on his tummy taking a nap! There were
kids playing all over the room, and Noah was
sound asleep on his blanket. I couldn't believe it!

His teacher told me he laid down for a nap
without any problems and that she patted his back
for maybe a few minutes and he was out.
Poor guy was sleepy!

Overall, I think his first day of
Mother's Day Out was a success.

And my day, well, it was wonderful!
Of course, I missed my little man,
but it sure was nice to have some "me" time.
And I got so much accomplished-- it was great!

Mother's Day Out

Today is Noah's first day to go to Mother's Day Out. I'm so thankful for the one available spot we were able to grab {yippy!}; I know it will be a good thing for the both of us. But I'm a little sad this day has come... I'm not sure I'm ready for Noah to go to "school" just yet. I'm gonna miss the little guy... :(

Music to my Ears

Most of the time, Noah favors the word "Dadda."
But this morning, his new favorite word was "Momma!"
And it was so funny because the way he was saying it
almost sounded like he had a foreign accent. It was oh so cute!

Of course, Josh was trying to get him to say, "Dadda," but
Noah wasn't having any of it. He wanted to say, "Momma!"

Noah has done so well with
the transition to his toddler bed.

I think he was ready.

As much as it saddened me to
say goodbye to his crib, it has been
an exciting new adventure watching
Noah enjoy his "big boy bed."

And so far, so good.
When he goes down
at bedtime or nap time,
he only tries to climb out
of bed maybe once or twice
and that's it!

I really can't believe how
easy it has been. I never would
have thought it could be that easy.

Noah, we are so very proud of you!
I still can't believe you are now
sleeping in your toddler bed.
You are just getting to be such a big boy!

Calling All Parents

Okay, you experienced parents out there,
I {we} need some advice.

Our little Noah has literally
turned into a little monkey.

A monkey I tell ya.

Guess who woke me & Josh up
the day before yesterday?

Yep, you're right.
Mr. Monkey.

He wasn't calling us from his bedroom.
Oh no, he was standing in our bedroom
talking to us non-stop.

And, if it is possible to master the art of
climbing out of your crib, Noah has mastered it.



I cannot believe how fast he
can climb out of his crib.
I'm quite impressed.

So, what's the problemo you ask?

We cannot keep our little ape in his crib.

He thinks it's pretty fun.
And really, I don't blame him.
I probably would do the same thing.

But, it has kind of gotten tricky
around here knowing how to handle this.

Is it time to pull out the big boy bed?

We need advice--
any advice you can give us
is much appreciated!

One Month to Go...

Sweet Noah, you are 23 months today, and as Mommy always says, I can't believe it! Next month we will be celebrating your 2nd birthday!

Let's see, what are you up to this month, Mr. Noah?

You love to run all.over.the.place! It doesn't matter where we are, once you get those little legs a running, there is no stopping you.

You love when Mommy and Daddy take you to Pump It Up; it is one of your favorite spots to go play. You really come out of your shell when you are playing there; it is so much fun to watch you. Your favorite thing to do while we are there is slide. You are so funny because you get so mad at us if we try to go down the slide with you. Mr. Independent wants to go all by himself!

You love to sit back and listen to Mommy or Daddy read to you. One of your favorite books right now is, "For the Love of a Pug." The other night as soon as we got to the end of the book you kept signing "more," and we ended up reading it five times that night.

New signs you have learned are: "work," "amen," "pray," "swim," "down." I'm sure there are more I am not thinking of right now.

You cry and whine about everything now. You cry if we change your diaper. You whine when we put your bathing suit on. You cry when we put you in the bath {yes, the bath!}. You've gotten to be pretty good at throwing fits.

You can climb up on our bed all by yourself now, and of course you still love to jump and play on it once you're up there.

You have been waving "bye-bye" for probably a couple months now.

Every night when I put you in your crib to go night-night, you are always such a sweet guy and blow Mommy a kiss.

You are a picky, picky eater! The only thing you will keep in your mouth these days is macaroni and cheese or spaghetti. Oh, and of course anything with chocolate or sugar on it.



You have been so good about riding in the car lately. I think you have gotten used to the fact that it's pretty much always gonna take 20-30 minutes to get wherever we're going. You are always so patient and sweet!

When you wake up in the mornings or at nap time, you love to throw every single thing that is in your crib on the floor. When Mommy comes in to get you, the only thing in your crib is YOU.

Your favorite phrase right now {and for the past couple of months} is, "uh oh." And it's so very cute when you say it.

The other day when we were all at the church cleaning, you mimicked Mommy when she moved her tongue side by side. It was adorable!



You hate flip flops with a passion; you are constantly trying to take them off. They sure look so cute on you though.

You are such a good little shopper with Mommy. I am always so proud of you when we go to the store because you are always so patient and happy while we shop.

I love you so much Noah! No matter how big you get, you will always be my baby.

Pump It Up, Baby

When we moved to Fort Worth a little over a year ago, we not only left the only home we'd ever known, but we left our family and some of our closest friends. Moving away from the people you love is never easy. In fact, to be truthful, it just plain sucks. There were many days I cried until there were no tears left and just wanted to go "home." I'm pretty sure that is a natural reaction to picking up your life and moving to a whole new place, but even so, it was hard! Regardless of how difficult a transition it was for us, we trusted God and knew if Fort Worth was the place he was leading us, he would take care of us and provide for us. Has he ever! He has provided for our every need, in every area of our lives.

From the beginning, our church family at New Life Deaf Fellowship has been such a wonderful support to our family. I can't imagine our lives without the close friendships that we've developed there. God has blessed us with such wonderful people who love us and who love Noah as well. Josh and I thank the Lord often for the church he has placed us in.

It was also my desire when we moved for Noah to have little friends around his age to play with, as well as for me to develop friendships with other moms who have young children. When we first moved, there were many Sundays where Noah was the only one in the nursery. Oh how I longed for it to be filled with little buddies for him to play with. God has been working because this past Sunday we had five little boys, all under the age of two, in the nursery! God is good!

I am so thankful to the One who knows my heart. He knew not just what I wanted for Noah but also the kind of friends I desired for myself. Not just any friends, but friends who are deeply rooted in Him. Friends I can relate with and share my heart with. Friends I can be myself with. And, wow, God has abundantly provided for those needs and desires.

If you have been reading our blog for a while now, you've probably met Laura and Ian. What a true blessing they are in our lives. Laura and I have become great friends, and we often find ourselves chatting the night away on Google Chat. And even though Noah is several months older than Ian, I know they will grow to become close buddies. Thank you Laura for reaching out to me when I needed a friend.

But our good Lord wasn't finished. He had another friend for Noah {and me!}. Several weeks ago on a Sunday morning, I was in the nursery taking care of the children, and in came Lindsey and AJ. Lindsey and I immediately hit it off and started talking. Come to find out, her sweet little AJ was, you guessed it, 22 months! Exactly the same age as Noah. And she was sharing with me her desire for AJ to have friends his age to play with. Isn't it amazing how God works?! Of course we decided a play date was a must.

Laura and I had already decided a week or two ago to get together for a play date, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to ask Lindsey and AJ to come along and play. And, let me tell you, I found the perfect place to take our wild little Indians. The place is called Pump It Up: The Inflatable Party Zone. It is a huge building filled with huge inflatable slides {Noah's favorite!}, bounce houses, obstacle courses and more. It really is amazing! And it is FREE for all of us to play. Can't get any better than that! Noah and I have been going twice a week since we found out children under the age of two are free. And, they encourage parents to get in there and play with the kids. So much fun!

So, we decided this past Wednesday to all meet up at Pump It Up for our play date. We all had the best time! It took Ian and AJ a little bit to warm up to the place, but not little Noah. Oh no, he was all over the place jumping and sliding. He was ready to play!

I almost didn't bring my camera along {gasp, I know!} because I didn't want to have to keep up with it, but I'm so glad I decided to bring it along. I got some really cute pictures of our fun at Pump It Up!

22 months

Today Noah you are 22 months old! Which means you will be the big two in two short months. Oh my. I'm getting a little teary eyed. How can that be?

-You are one busy, busy boy! You are always on the go.

-You are still in size 5 diapers.

-When you don't get your way or if you are mad about something, you let out some kind of an animal sounding scream/growl, and your face turns really red. It makes Mommy laugh every time.

-You are a good little napper. Every morning around 10 am you happily lay down for your morning nap. And lately you've been sleeping 2-3 hours! How did Mommy get so lucky?

-Mr. Noah you love to loudly stomp throughout the apartment. And you think it is so funny. I'm pretty sure our neighbors below aren't very happy with us right now.

-You hate brushing your teeth ... again. I blame it on the Veggie Tales toothbrush that no longer plays your favorite tunes.

-Your feet are getting so big. I can't believe you are in a size 5 shoe!

-I love how you sign "bath" every night by hitting your chest like a gorilla. It is so cute!

-You are a pro with your fork and spoon. You have been for several months now. I am so amazed at how well you feed yourself.

-You continue to sign to us when you want something. We are so proud of you! Here's what you've been signing lately:

• You sign "down" when you want off the bed.
• When you are finished with a meal you sign, "finish."
• When you are hungry you tell us by signing, "eat."
• The other evening you were eating ice cream in your highchair and decided that you didn't want to sit and eat it; instead you wanted to walk around the house and eat it. Of course, Mommy couldn't let you do that, so when you got out of your highchair, I had to take the ice cream away. As soon as you were out of your highchair, you came up to me and signed, "ice cream, please." It was so hard not to give it to you right then and there. It was so sweet!
  

-You are a little fishy in the water. We have taken you down to the pool a couple times this summer, and you just love it. It's so much fun watching you splash and play.

-You go to bed between 7 pm-8pm every evening. You are such a sweet little guy and never fuss or cry when Mommy or Daddy puts you to bed. You always go straight to sleep.

-You are wearing 18-24 month size clothes right now. You do wear a few 2T things, but it really depends on the clothing and where it is from.

-Foods you love right now are:

• M&M's {thanks to Papa}
• Pumpkin Waffles
• Hot dogs
• Apple Sauce
• Bananas
  
• Spaghetti {especially with meatballs}
• Mommy's Weight Watcher Chocolate Muffins

- You still love to play with balls! We have so many balls around the apartment. I lost count a long time ago.

-You love to play on Mommy & Daddy's bed. And you love to be "body slammed" on our bed as Daddy puts it. I am always telling your Daddy to be careful! Guess I better get used to the rough housing, huh?

-You have been doing this thing lately where you take a drink of water from your sippy cup, and then you transfer the water in your mouth to another cup. You're such a silly boy.

-You are very vocal with Einstein about not coming near you when you have food in your hand. It doesn't matter where I am in the apartment, I can always hear you loud and clear as you yell, "Nooooo!" Funny guy.

-Your new favorite Veggie Tales is "Moe & the Big Exit." You love it!

You are growing up so fast. I am so proud of you and all you have accomplished. I love you so much sweet guy!

Growing by the Day

Noah you are 21 months today. I know I say this all the time, but how do you grow so fast? You are such a big boy now and growing up by the day. Let's see Mr. Noah, what are you doing these days?

1. For a while you quit playing in Einstein's water bowl. So Mommy and Daddy started keeping Einstein's water bowl on the ground. Then all of a sudden, you decided you were missing out, and now I cannot keep your little fingers out of it! You also love to transfer Einstein's food into his water bowl. Quite a stinker you are!

2. You are becoming more & more ornery by the day; you are always doing something to pick on Einstein. Lately you have started this thing where you will just fall on him. And you think it's pretty funny. I don't know how many times a day I tell you to, "Be nice to Einstein," or "Be gentle."

3. You are starting to get the hang of brushing your teeth now. Yay! You are very cooperative now and willingly open your mouth for Mommy to brush your teeth.

4. Like any growing boy, you love to eat. Some of favorite foods are, bagels, grilled vegetables, string cheese and cheerios. Oh yeah, you also love orange juice; you'd drink a gallon a day if we let you.

5. You are a BIG Momma's boy, and you hate it when I leave to go anywhere without you.

6. You love cups and bowls. Anytime you see one sitting on the counter or in the dishwasher, you want it! The other night I let you take your three cups to bed, and when I went in to check on you before getting into bed, I found your three cups lined up along the edge of your crib. You are always doing something to make Momma laugh. It was too cute!

7. You love TUMS {yes, the antacid}, and the red ones are your favorite. You can thank your pediatrician for giving Mommy & Daddy the ok to give them to you.

8. You are pointing to everything wondering what it is. Your favorite things to point at are lights and lamps. And every time we say, "light" you start laughing. It's so cute. Even though you aren't saying many words yet, you are soaking it all in, and I bet it won't be long before you are telling us everything!

9. You, Mr. Noah, have quickly learned what "time out" is. In fact, now most of the time all I have to say is, "Do you want to go to your room?" and you stop whatever mischief you are doing. Such a smart little boy.

10. You still give the sweetest hugs and kisses ever!

11. You love to splash water everywhere when you are taking a bath. Tonight, I was sitting on the floor outside of the bathtub watching you play, and you almost soaked me with all of your splashing.

12. You are a pretty independent little guy throughout the day. But the one time you always want me to hold you is when I'm cooking dinner. Of course, I just can't resist those little arms reaching up to me, so most of the time you are on my hip helping me get dinner ready.

13. You love sweeping your hands along Momma & Daddy's dusty TV stand. Then you look at your dirty fingers, and do you know what you do? You come over and wipe your dusty little fingers on Momma's pant leg. What in the world? How did you learn that?

14. When Daddy is leaving for work, you love to go on the porch and watch him get into the car. You wave "bye-bye" to him and talk to him from the balcony until he leaves. It's the sweetest thing ever!

15. You are really picking up signing so well. We are very proud of you. In the past few weeks, you have added cracker, thank you, ice cream, your name, eat, and many more signs to your vocabulary.

You amaze us everyday sweet Noah bear. You are our greatest blessing! Mommy & Daddy love you so much.

Cereal

I'm so proud of my little guy!

Guess what Noah did for the
very first time the other morning?



He ate cereal all by himself! Cereal with milk.



All you Momma's out there know how
very messy that can get.



But he did it! All by himself!



And he was proud of himself too. Can't ya tell?

That is a big accomplishment.
