A Little Reminder...

I'm sure you've noticed I've been quiet lately about my
weight loss. Reason is, I haven't lost anything...
I've actually gained some of my weight back. Ugh. :(

I could blame many different things on my lack of
motivation, but the truth is, I can only blame myself.

Losing weight is such a frustrating {slow!} thing to do.
Maybe I felt overwhelmed how far I have to go.
Maybe I was busy and didn't make time for it.
Maybe I was just lazy.

But whatever the reason, today is a new day.

So, today I put all of this behind me and start again.
It's time to get busy and lose this weight!

Here's to a new day!

p.s. A new menu is up for the week!!
And, the button is now working! Yay!
I've also made some changes, so please read
the note I wrote underneath the button. Thanks!

Oh, and one more thing. If you would
like to see a few sneak peaks of Abby's
wedding this past weekend, click here.
They are gorgeous! Can't wait to see the rest!!

hang in there. :) turn that frown upside down! :) you will be back on track in no time at all. and i haven't even started my weight loss journey which i promised i would do...i just make excuses about how busy i am with the new job and how i have no time to work out because i commute 3 hours a day. if i spent as much time at the gym as i do justifying why i don't go to the gym i would be happier and healthier. boo hiss.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. You will be back into your routine in no time. Weight loss is a hard roller coaster. Believe me everyone has their set backs. So don't feel bad. Just take one day at a time. I'm sure you look great! :)

Oh, I hear you. I had the exact same experience with weight loss a few weeks ago. I was crushed. I still haven't gotten back on the exercise wagon. Today feels like a good day :)

Thanks so much for visiting my blog and taking the time to comment. I love "meeting" others through blogging and getting a glimpse into other peoples lives.

I saw the picture of your sister at her wedding and absolutely adore it. There's a little bit of envy that pops up when I meet people who are good with photography. : ) It's such a neat art, I think. Great job!

Happy Monday. Hope it's a great week!

Onward forward! Don't worry about the trip ups. Many of us have been there and know just what you are talking about. I wouldn't mind dropping some weight myself, but I just haven't made myself do it. So! You can inspire me!

So glad that the new menu is up - I'm off to check it out!

Weight loss is an up and down battle. You will get where you want to be, I know it! Keep working on it and remember, the most important thing is to be happy!
