I heart this Halloween inspired Ribbon Wreath very much. It is oh so perfect
in every way! I want one for my door! Kristi from The Speckled Dog created
this wreath with a little inspiration from "The Boo Wreath" in the Oct/Nov
issue of Simply Handmade.
